What is Mahjong? Mahjong is a tile-based game that was developed in the 19th century in China and has spread throughout the world since the early 20th century. Similar to the Western card game rummy, mahjong is a game of skill, strategy, and luck. So come, make new friends, and have fun.
Join us for this Open Play Meetup. This Open Play is best suited for players already familiar with Mahjong rules. Due to the fast pace of games, it is difficult to teach rules or basics during Open Play Meetups.
Bring your NMJL card! The availability of cards to borrow will be extremely limited. We will use the 2025 card until approximately April , 2026. Get your new cards ordered now!
