You will learn hands-on techniques from professional cake decorator, Linda Cole.
Learn techniques for icing a cake, some baking suggestions, and choosing and using decorating tips.
You will be provided with icing, and bags and tips for practicing. Each person will be provided with a cupcake to decorate and take home.
Anyone 15 and older is welcome to attend.
Class is FREE but Registration is required. Deadline to sign up is March 30.
Linda Cole designed and decorated wedding cakes for 40 years. She also did wedding cakes for Big Bear and was a cake decorator for Sunbury IGA.
