A leadership group for teen volunteers, grades 6-12

Join Junior Friends Teen Advisory Group to…

  1. Gain leadership skills.
  2. Earn service hours.
  3. Give suggestions on ways to improve the library experience for yourself and peers.
  4. Vote on different library related matters.

**Junior Friends members will be presented with a variety of volunteer opportunities and all meetings and events can count toward community service hours!**

About the branch

Located in eastern Delaware County, Ohio, the Community Library has been serving the Big Walnut Local School District since 1944.


The library’s mission is to provide welcoming environments for all to pursue knowledge and cultivate interests. To that end, the library offers a large selection of resources and programs that inspire, entertain, and promote life-long learning.
